Why can I not get ascii code 234 to work in microsoft access 97?
code 234 is omega and only shows as a O or ? when put into a field with other numbers

If its a ASCII code then you dont need unicode support, they are 2 different types of encoding.

Any ASCII code above 128 is an extended ASCII code and may not allways be supported, it took some time after ASCII for them to be defined.

i assume access 97 doesnt have unicode support…get the expansion for it…or upgrade, i know that seems obvious but 97 is old.
