Plot: Thanks to falsified dental records supplied by his former neighbor Nicholas Oz Oseransky, retired hitman Jimmy The Tulip Tudeski now spends his days compulsively cleaning his house and perfecting his culinary skills with his wife, Jill, a purported assassin who has yet to pull off a clean hit. Suddenly, an uninvited and unwelcome connection to their past unexpectedly shows up on Jimmy and Jill’s doorstep: it’s Oz, and he’s begging them to help him rescue his wife from the Hungarian mob. To complicate matters even further, the men, who are out to get Oz, are led by Lazlo Gogolak, a childhood rival of Jimmy’s and another notorious hitman. Need help with the wedding!?
ok well not so much as the wedding itself but more with the cake. i am always watching Amazing Wedding Cakes and other shows like that to get ideas. But with my Fiancee, he has a total different view. We are clashing here! I am more of the modern romantic so i want a cake that incorporates that but id like it to be non traditional. Now his vision is totally off the wall! He is a country boy so he wants to incorporate tractors, barns, and the whole ten yards. How in the world can we combine these two visions? I want your opinions first before we head to the cake people.

Here are some links of ways that I think you can put them together! Hope this helps!

Keep in mind that a cake is not a big enough deal to cause problems. It is not that big of a deal. It’s the love and the family and friends and the memories that matter. May yours be exactly what you’ve always dreamed of!

Only one way: Two cakes. Everyone who knows the two of you will know who picked which. Have just a one-tier for each or a one-tier for his if yours incorporates several tiers. It will be a great ice breaker for the guests and this way, you’ll be be happy with the results.

Good luck :)

Go and order your beautifully envisioned romantic cake.

Then, go to Walmart and get an undecorated cake. Go to the toy store and buy some barn animals and mini tonka farm trucks to decorate that cake with.

Who says you cannot have it all???

You can’t, and furthermore, you shouldn’t. Tractors and barns do not belong on a wedding cake. Sorry.

compromise: you decorate the wedding cake and let him have a 2 tier groom’s cake instead of a sheet cake for a groom’s cake. and put his cake near the food along with the other deserts and have the wedding cake separate on the cake table.

There’s a very easy solution to this, and it’s called a groom’s cake. Traditionally, they’re decorated to reflect the groom’s interests, so you can totally go to town with the farm theme on it. That way, the main wedding cake can reflect your design aesthetic.

One bride’s cake and one groom’s cake. Not a problem.

The groom’s cake is a Southern tradition.

Groom’s cake! It’s more of a Southern tradition but it is gaining popularity elsewhere. The groom’s cake is usually commissioned by the bride in secret and then presented to the groom before/during the reception as a surprise gift. The theme of the cake is usually along the same lines as the groom’s interests, etc.

Have a grooms cake! That way he can have his country boy cake and you can have the cake you like.

Groom’s cake! They are becoming more and more common in other areas of the country, but are considered traditionally a southern thing. A traditional wedding cake is made up of a formal cake with frosting and several tiers, Grooms cake can be any flavor and decor that expresses the personality of the groom. I have seen groom’s cake be sheet cakes and tiers. One of the most memorable groom’s cake was that of a friend from high school. Her husband was in the navy and she had the groom’s cake made into the seal of the navy. It was very nice. I have even seen some more outrageous groom’s cake such as a building for an architect or even video games. There is nothing wrong with two cake as long as it fits into your price range. For pictures, it is at least acceptable to have the wedding cake on it’s own table or even the two cakes on opposite ends of a long table with your toasting glasses in between. Having a groom’s cake also allows for an extra cake flavor like chocolate or red velvet that can be more expensive on a traditional wedding cake.
